The support package also includes the integrated F-Secure Anti-Virus system, which protects your email lists from harmful computer viruses. In addition, L-Soft offers free technical support discussion groups where users can share information, resources and innovative ideas.
Support Service Description: The customer discusses requirements with personal list administrator by email. List administrator implements necessary configuration changes upon request. Customer processes bounces (if not using probe), answers request mailbox, adds/deletes subscribers, etc. This is a reactive email based service; the customer writes, and we help.
Support for our products and services is available on business days from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time) except during L-Soft holidays. View a list of L-Soft holidays.
During normal business hours, we will acknowledge your email inquiry within one hour after receiving it. Our acknowledgment may include the answer to your inquiry, a request for additional information, or a status report regarding the additional time needed for research.
